• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

fb7 has a special VIP program for loyal members with four tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%.

6.1 General Betting Policy

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• For bets affected by technical errors, fb7 reserves the right to make decisions based on the circumstances.
• fb7 uses a Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine the outcome of all games, ensuring fair play.
• In the event of any dispute regarding game or betting outcomes, fb7's decision will be considered final.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (FIFA and other leagues) and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded.
• Results of matches held at a changed venue or on a revised schedule will be considered valid.
• Odds in live betting may change at any time.

To maintain the integrity and fairness of the fb7 platform, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing the bonus system or collecting bonuses in a fraudulent manner.
• Conducting gaming activities using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account using false or another person's information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party or allowing others to do so.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform.

fb7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

8.1 Grounds for Closure by fb7

• Violation of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process.
• Instructions from law enforcement or a regulatory authority.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

A user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, the account will be closed after all pending bets have been settled and any valid balance has been fully withdrawn.
